La vendemmia viene effettuata manualmente utilizzando
le cassette di plastica per il trasporto.

con età compresa tra 10 e 15 anni con produzione di 80
q.li Ha
VINIFICAZIONE
Dopo la pigiatura ed una prima pulizia vengono
inoculati i lieviti ed il mosto fermenta a tempe-rature
intorno ai 12 gradi per circa 2 settimane. Ultimata la
fermentazione il vino sosta con le fecce fini per circa 4
mesi.

Da servire fresco (8-10° C)
ACCOSTAMENTI AL CIBO
Antipasti di mare, primi e secondi a base di pesce o
frutti di mare, carni bianche, eccezionale l’abbinamento
con i crostacei.
