TASTING NOTES
Sparkling wine obtained by a slow and accurate refermentation in autoclave of 60 days. The wine is bright and rich in amber-yellow hues. On the nose emerges the aroma of the grape, understood in its sweet floral notes. On the palate surprises the balance between sweetness and acidity. The fine perlage and the pleasing sparkling vein of the bubbles contribute to enrich the wine in its gustatory balance.
Alcohol: 6,50% vol.
Serving Temperature: 6-8° C.
IT’S BEST ENJOYED WITH…
It is advisable to consume it at the end of a meal with traditional sweets or in combination with sweet and soft cheeses.
SPARKLING SWEET MOSCATO WINEYARDS
They are located on sandy soils. The harvest is concentrated in the first ten days of September and is carried out entirely by hand. The grapes harvested in the cooler hours of the day are soaked within a few hours from the delivery in the cellar.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
The must resulting from the first stages of processing the grapes is kept in maceration with the skins for about 6 hours in order to extract the aromas typical of the variety. Fermentation is conducted in autoclave at low temperature and with the use of selected yeasts. After the fermentation process is stopped to ensure an adequate residual sugar in the wine of about 80 g/l.
BOTTLING AND DEVELOPMENT
Sterile under pressure of nitrogen. It is advisable to consume it within one year after bottling.
