le cassette di plastica per il trasporto.

con età compresa tra 10 e 15 anni con produzione di 80
q.li Ha

VINIFICAZIONE
Dopo la pigiatura ed una prima pulizia vengono
inoculati i lieviti ed il mosto fermenta a tempe-rature
intorno ai 12 gradi per circa 2 settimane. Ultimata la
fermentazione il vino sosta con le fecce fini per circa 4
mesi.

TEMPERATURA I SERVIZIO
Da servire fresco (10-12° C)

ACCOSTAMENTI AL CIBO
Vino straordinariamente longevo si abbina molto bene
a formaggi erborinati, antipasti di mare, primi e
secondi a base di pesce o frutti di mare

The Nasco is a grape variety we can find in the southern part of the island and is highly appreciated for its quality, to the point of being considered one of the most important wines of Sardinia since the late 1800s, during the Vienna World Exposition. Its name is believed to come from the Latin term “nuscus,” which means moss, indicating a distinctive olfactory detail. It is a medium-vigor grape variety with semi-clustered and scattered bunches. The grapes typically ripen between the third decade of September and the first decade of October.
