Where it is born
In Sardinia, an island rich in history, culture and winemaking traditions, giving continuity to the ancient family craft, after about 10 years of winemaking experiments.
The ambitious and well-defined project is to preserve part of that viticultural heritage already existing in the territory, enhancing its production, in particular that of the native vine, the Bovale.
To this end, great importance is given to the protection of old vineyards cultivated as saplings, still able to deliver us excellent grapes today.

What We Do
The Production
Sardinia, the second-largest island in the Mediterranean, boasts a rich and ancient tradition of wine production. Thanks to its diverse landscapes, sun-drenched climate, and unique indigenous grape varieties, Sardinia has developed a wine culture unlike any other in Italy. Vineyards stretch across rolling hills, coastal plains, and rugged mountains, benefiting from the island’s mineral-rich soils and the constant sea breeze that helps maintain healthy vines.
Among Sardinia’s most celebrated wines are Cannonau, a bold red made from what many believe to be the oldest variety of Grenache, and Vermentino, a crisp, aromatic white that thrives near the coasts. Other native grapes like Carignano, Monica, and Nuragus also contribute to Sardinia’s distinctive wine character. Traditional methods, often passed down through generations, are harmoniously blended with modern techniques, allowing Sardinian winemakers to craft both authentic and innovative wines.
The island’s winemaking history, intertwined with Phoenician, Roman, and Spanish influences, has created a wine culture that is both deeply rooted and dynamically evolving. Today, Sardinia’s wines are celebrated worldwide for their bold flavors, complexity, and reflection of the island’s wild, beautiful terroir.
